Plans are underway for the 2013 reunion. It will be held the weekend of August 9th-11th. The C&L building has already been booked for the weekend and a number of rooms have already been blocked for the hotel : Star City Inn formerly the Super 8 under the Flemister name.
To order your room call Star City Inn 870-628-6883 or toll free 877-807-6830. Room prices are quoted without tax: King $57, double queen $62, Reg Room $57. Remember to let the reservationist know that you are booking under the Flemister reunion.
Prices for T-shirts range from child Small to Large $12
Adult Small to Large $12
Adult XLarge to 4x $17
Caps are $12.
The following are registration fees due by July 15th.
Ages 12+ is $20 per person
Ages 5-10 years is $10 per person
Ages 1-4 years is $5 per child.
Friday night is the Meet and Greet at 6PM. Cooking and preparation will begin at 10am on Saturday. Several cooks are needed. Please let Claudell know if you are willing to help.
For those running games and other activities, please show up at 10 to help set up. Also, contact Vera to let her know which game and activity you will run.
**Please remember T.J. Thomas who transitioned from this life on March 11, 2013. He held the family reunions in high regard and always wanted everyone to attend.
